COMPUTERS AND NETWORKS

Our house is a Home Assistant home. Lights, environmental data, and home security status available anywhere worldwide. Alongside this server is a media server, and NAS. Separate VLANs for IoT, personal, and guests devices keep things secure.

ELECTRONIC/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

While not at work, I do still enjoy making broken things go again. I have worked on a great range of electronics equipment from automotive electronics, to rebuilding old radios and audio amplifiers.

MUSIC AND AUDIO

For over 20 years I have played guitar, picking up other instruments and many genres along the way. When not playing music, I have a great interest in the technology involved. I am at home in Logic Pro, however have had experience with other DAWs, and collect headphones as a part of this hobby.

AUTOMOTIVE

I enjoy owning and working on quirky vehicles and the challenges they provide, I am however biased towards carburettor engines for the apparent magic that they perform.
